Matthew is a magician available for a variety of events including corporate functions, private parties, birthdays, weddings and more. Matthew is DBS checked, First Aid trained, and committed to delivering a magical experience that is safe, inclusive, and memorable for all audiences.

If you are interested in booking with Matthew the following Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, interactions, and agreements made between Matthew and the individual or entity booking the service.
By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these terms in full.

• Matthew values respect and is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable space for all guests regardless of age, gender, race, religion, disability, or sexual orientation. Bullying, harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior by guests or attendees will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• In such cases, services may be suspended or terminated at Matthews discretion for any concerns regarding both safety and or well-being.
• You are responsible for the conduct, safety, and management of all attendees, especially minors or vulnerable groups, throughout the duration of your event.
• You are aware of the venue and or locations safety aspects and appropriatenesss(such as access and space) and that any necessary permissions have been obtained from the individual or entity booking the service,incl.venue owners and or managers etc.
• Matthew will not be liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from or occurring within the venue that are outside of his direct control.
• Matthew encourages and welcomes fun and vibrant audiences but reserves the right to suspend or end a performance without refund in situations where:
• The audience is excessively intoxicated, disorderly, or disruptive
• The environment becomes hostile, unsafe, or abusive in any way.
  In such cases, the decision will be made respectfully and with the safety and dignity of all involved in mind.
• A booking is considered confirmed once a written agreement or confirmation email has been received and any agreed payments are handeled with Matthew directly.
• For any reason of needing to cancel please contact Matthew directly and as soon as possible if so.
• Should Matthew be unable to attend due to illness or any unforeseen emergency the individual or entity booking the service ,venue owners and or managers will be made aware and contacted by Matthew directly also.
• Matthew is committed to delivering a high-quality, engaging experience. If you are unsatisfied with the performance or have concerns, a respectful and open discussion can be arranged directly with Matthew to find a fair resolution. Feedback is always welcome and helps improve future performances.
• Photography and or videos during the performance are encouraged.However, any commercial use of images or videos featuring Matthew must receive permission in advance.
• Matthew reserves the right to request that certain images or videos not be used if they misrepresent the nature of the service or violate the privacy of others.
• All booking data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR standards.
• Personal information will only be used for the purpose of managing your booking and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
• You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your data at any time.
• While every care is taken to provide a safe and smooth experience, Matthew shall not be held liable for:
• Any indirect or consequential losses.
• Damages to property or persons resulting from actions outside his control.
• Misconduct of guests or venue-related incidents.
